Sick accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit card payments through our secure shopping cart, Stripe.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We know sometimes an item isn't quite the right fit, so we'll gladly exchange merchandise that's unused and in perfect condition. At this time we do not accept returns. Exchanged items must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date. Shipping and handling fees related to your purchase or exchange are nonrefundable. We recommend packages be returned with trackable shipping and insurance, as we are not liable for lost returns. Once your item is received, your exchange will be processed within 5 business days and a confirmation email will be sent.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days of purchase.
As required by law, sales tax will be assessed on orders shipped to residents of Pennsylvania.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We currently ship worldwide via USPS. Please note that customs may hold packages, which is out of Sick's control. International recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.
Once an order is given to a USPS carrier, the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and Sick is no longer liable. Sick is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the U.S.
